The company is committed to a health and safety management system that protects
our employees, contractors, visitors who enter onto our workplace.
The company at every level are responsible and accountable for the company’s
health and safety performance. Active participation by everyone, everyday in every
job is necessary for the safety and health excellence that the company expects. Our
goal is a healthy, injury free workplace for all employees. The company shall:
- To provide adequate control of health and safety risk arising from our work activities
- To provide and maintain safe workplace and equipment
- To ensure safe handling and use of substances
- To prevent accidents and cases of work-related ill health
- To identify hazards and implement appropriate control measure
- To co-ordinate, co-operate and exchange relevant information with suppliers, contractors and visitors
- To integrate health and safety responsibilities into everyday working practices and managerial responsibilities
- To implement a monitoring inspection and audit process to ensure effective management of safety and health in the company
Ban Seng Lee Industries S/B shall provide time and resources necessary to implement this policy and shall develop, implement and reviews its objectives, target plans and procedures to continually improve workplace Safety and Health.
